Secondly, in order to ensure GDPR compliance, this agreement serves to inform you that TLL endeavors to broaden the dissemination of ideas, information, and expressions presented on its platform by sharing event presentations through accessible communication channels such as the internet, SlideShare, and YouTube. By agreeing to this contract, and in consideration for your participation at TLL, you hereby consent to TLL recording your presentation in both audio and visual formats (the “Recording”), granting TLL, its affiliates, and licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, perform, edit, transcribe, distribute, and create derivative works of the Recording in any language and media, now known or developed in the future. Additionally, you grant TLL and its affiliates a non-exclusive license to use your voice, name, likeness, and biographical data for publicity or advertising purposes related to the Recording, with proper attribution provided. You affirm to TLL that your presentation is either an original work by you or that you possess the full rights to grant the aforementioned permissions worldwide, without requiring additional permissions.
